After creating an account with us, you are redirected to your lobby were you are required to link your deriv account (email and password) on a secure deriv portal. Once your login details are verified, you get redirected to your dashboard and your deriv data displays on your dashboard.

To purchase deriv funds, simply login to your dashboard on EPS, click on the "Fund wallet" button on your dashboard and enter the amount to pay in naira, our system will convert your values to dollar in real time based on our exchange rate. Click on Proceed to trigger the payment processor for naira. Select your payment method (Card or Transfer). Once your payment in naira is sucessful, your deriv account automatically gets funded with the equivalent of the converted USD value.

To withdraw your Deriv funds, you need to login in to your dashboard on EPS, click on the "Withdraw" button and click the "Get OTP" button. A mail from deriv will be sent to your email address associated with Deriv. Click on "Yes, It's Me" and ensure that the browser which you're actively logged into your EPS account handles URL. Or simply copy the link and paste in your browser (The same browser you clicked the "Get OTP" from) and click the "Withdraw" button again, your OTP will be appended to the otp input. Enter the amount you withdraw (Minimum of $10) and click "Proceed", your deriv funds will be deducted and your associated bank account will get credited in Naira.
